Our Programs and Services
Ronald McDonald House keeps families together when their child needs medical care. Our House is built on the simple idea that nothing else should matter when a family is focused on healing their child – not where they can afford to stay, where they will get their next meal or where they will lay their head at night to rest. We believe that when a child is sick or injured the love and support of family is critical.
House
Each guestroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom. The House will provide you with a place to sleep comfortably, eat well, take a shower, do laundry, relax and play and spend time with other families in similar situations. The House welcomes families regardless of income, race, religion, nationality, gender, or abilities.
Lunch on the House
The Lunch on the House program alleviates some of the emotional and financial stress that families face while having a child in the hospital. Whether they are unable to leave their child’s bedside or don’t have the funds for a meal, Lunch on the House provides families with something to eat and allows them to give their full attention to their child.
I would get so caught up in everything else going on at the hospital that I would forget to eat and take care of myself. This situation could have been way more stressful if I hadn’t had a place to stay at the Ronald McDonald House.
